The Graffoe is a red brick house on the edge of Branston. We strongly advise you to print these directions particularly if it is dark and as some satnavs do not find our house correctly.
From Lincoln take the B1188 to Branston (and Woodhall Spa). Drive down the hill in Branston and at the Waggon and Horses pub turn right into Rectory Lane and at the next two T junctions turn right (both Hall Lane).
Continue up the hill past the de-restriction sign. The Graffoe is the only house on the left before the woods. If you miss the house you can turn round just beyond the woods. Use Google or Streetmap for help from other directions.
